旭川 高砂温泉
About this stay
Takasago Onsen covers nearly every bath format Japan offers under one roof: a public bath, an outdoor rotenburo, a private soaking option and a sauna, all one minute from the Takasagodai 8-chome tram stop. It sits further from the station than the central hotels, an eight-minute taxi to Santa Present Park, which trades some convenience for a genuinely local, unhurried hot-spring atmosphere. The manga library is an unusual touch, useful for a slow evening between bath sessions. Rooms are plain and down-to-earth, free parking is included, and it is one of the few pet-friendly options in Asahikawa's hotel inventory. A restaurant on site covers dinner without needing to head back toward the station, and the sauna rounds out a bathing lineup that few other properties in the city can match.
