Our take
Hotel Migrant keeps things practical: air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and bath, a refrigerator, a microwave, a work desk and a TV, plus a lift and free parking. Its main asset is location, less than 1 km from Hojo Beach. The 9.8 score comes from just 4 reviews, so treat it as a strong early signal. Anyone wanting an on-site restaurant or a hot spring should look at a larger Tateyama hotel.

Why guests love itHotel Migrant is a small, highly rated base in Tateyama that I would suggest to a family planning beach days: Hojo Beach is less than 1 km away. Free parking and a lift make arriving by car with children easier. Its 9.8 score is outstanding, but it rests on only 4 reviews.
