Hotel Best Price Kochi - Vacation STAY 17532v
Kitchen facilities and a sauna, 2 km from the station
About this stay
Kitchen facilities and a washing machine set this Vacation STAY branch apart from a standard hotel room, and the addition of a sauna is an unusual extra for a self-contained rental of this kind. Free on-site private parking removes any parking search for anyone arriving by car, and the 2 kilometre distance to Kōchi Station, while too far to comfortably walk with luggage, is manageable by taxi or a short drive. Kitchenware in the room means a genuine home-cooked meal is possible rather than relying on takeout every night. That sauna, unusual for a self-catering Vacation STAY unit, is the detail that tends to surprise guests most, and it is worth factoring into the decision over a plainer near-station alternative.
- Kitchen facilities
- Washing machine
- Sauna
- Free parking
Our take
This works well for a business traveller on a longer Kochi assignment who wants to cook and do laundry rather than eat out every meal. The sauna is a welcome bonus rarely found at this kind of self-contained property. Anyone without a car or taxi budget should choose a hotel closer to the station instead, given the 2 kilometre gap here.
- Plan for a taxi or car from the station, the 2 kilometre distance is not a comfortable walk.
- Use the kitchen facilities for at least a few meals to justify the self-catering setup.
- Book the sauna slot if travelling for a longer stretch, it is an unusual perk at this property type.
