Our take
I recommend Hotel Francs to anyone heading to Makuhari Messe, a five-minute walk away, or arriving by the airport limousine bus. JR Kaihin Makuhari Station is three minutes on foot, so central Tokyo is reachable by train. Rooms come with satellite TV, sleepwear and green tea, and the BBB Lounge adds a social space. It is less suited to travellers who want old-town character. An 8.1 rating from 2,036 reviews is reassuring.
- Take advantage of the airport limousine bus for a hassle-free transfer to Narita International Airport.
- Explore Makuhari Messe, which is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for event attendees.
- Enjoy a relaxing evening with green tea provided in your room after a day of activities.
