Kyukamura Kishu-Kada
About this stay
Kyukamura Kishu-Kada takes the resort route rather than the station-convenience one, with family rooms finished in tatami (traditional Japanese flooring) and genuine sea views, air conditioning and a refrigerator, TV and free WiFi as standard. A terrace lets guests take in the coastal setting directly, and both dinner and breakfast are included at the on-site restaurant, a half-board pattern closer to a destination retreat than a typical city hotel. Table tennis and bicycle parking cover some daytime activity, and free on-site private parking is available for anyone arriving by car. Okawa Hachiman Shrine sits three kilometres away and Kii Kimoto Castle Ruins ten kilometres, both realistic day excursions from a slower coastal base.
