The coin-launderette matters on a longer Shikoku trip, and massage service gives a way to decompress after a day covering Harimayabashi and the castle grounds on foot. That in-between position, neither the closest to the station nor deep in the hills, is a deliberate trade worth weighing against the tighter near-station cluster if walking distance matters more than the castle view.
